Insurance reimbursement processing services
Under CIP (Carriage and Insurance Paid to) conditions, which include transportation and insurance costs, if a shipment is damaged or lost during transportation, the customer is required to file a claim for reimbursement.
However, the insurance reimbursement procedure is very complicated with many documents to be submitted. If you deal with Nasa, we will handle the reimbursement procedures for you even under CIP conditions if you provide us with a letter of attorney.
Please note that in such cases, the insurance company will pay the reimbursement to Nasa, and we will consult with you separately on how to offset the amount of reimbursement for each case, such as resending a replacement item free of charge.

We will take care of complicated procedures with the insurance company in Japan.

Payment of insurance claim to Nasa by the insurance company

Nasa will offset the insured amount by shipping a replacement product free of charge or refunding the insured amount.
