- Tea bags can be made in triangular or rectangular shapes, and can be easily switched between them at the push of a button. Large rectangular (multi-pitch) tea bags are also available as an option.
- Compatible with any filters that can be ultrasonically sealed, from 120 mm to 180 mm wide.
Compatible with Various Measurement Options, Including Mixing Weighers
You can choose the measurement method that suits your product, either a volumetric slide doser or a weigher. The weigher comes in various models to meet your required accuracy and tea material mixing needs.

The integration of the FP-CS and the enveloping machine FT-2 offers an ideal solution for small to medium-scale production of enveloped triangular tea bags.
Recommended Solution: FP-CS + HP-500/HP-500W
By integrating the FP-CS with the Yuwa's pouch packaging machine HP-500/HP-500W, along with a counting system and a feeding lifter, pouch products containing the desired number of tea bags can be packaged.
