Various Shapes of Packaging Available

- Various types of premade pouches are supported, including side-gusseted bags with zips and/or a valve (such as flat-bottom pouches with POCKETZIP), center-sealed bags, 3-side-sealed bags, and doypacks (stand-up pouches).
- Standard support for side-gusseted bags, which are typically difficult to handle, through a specialized bag feeding mechanism.
- The brick shape vacuum packaging is optionally available.

- The nitrogen flushing function or the optional vacuum packaging ensures the products retain their freshness for a longer shelf life by reducing oxygen exposure.
- The high-precision weigher achieves accurate weighing of tea and coffee materials; alternatively, an auger filler can also be provided for fine powdery materials.

By integrating the FAF-30 auger filler and the HP-500/HP-500W, you can automate the precise measurement and packaging of fine powdery materials.

By integrating the tea bag packaging machine FP-100S, FP-RS, or FP-CS with the HP-500/HP-500W, along with a counting system and a feeding lifter, pouch products containing the desired number of tea bags can be packaged.
