Service Locations

Our company has five locations around the world, including in Japan, Taiwan, China (Shanghai), Europe (Düsseldorf, Germany), and South Korea, with agencies in Russia and Sri Lanka.

Each location is equipped with a showroom and training units, allowing technical support staff to engage with the machines daily for training and testing purposes.

Additionally, to minimize wait times when ordering parts, each location keeps a stock of parts as much as possible.

The languages spoken at each location are as follows:

• China: Mandarin, Japanese
• Europe: English, German, Japanese
• South Korea: Korean, English, Japanese

Russia Agency: Russian, English
