Machine Check-Up / Maintenance Service

Neglecting regular machine inspections and maintenance can lead to a decrease in performance and productivity. It may also result in unnecessary repair costs due to unforeseen breakdowns. While these issues can sometimes arise unintentionally, performing regular machine overhauls ensures that your machines continue to operate efficiently and economically.

We recommend that machines undergo an overhaul approximately every 2 to 3 years after installation.

Regular Equipment Maintenance (Overhaul) Contract:

Recommended for:
Customers who want to leave the maintenance of their machines to professionals, extend the lifespan of their equipment, and streamline maintenance costs into a budget.

This plan includes the replacement and adjustment of major parts, including those that are difficult to replace by the customer, bringing the machine’s performance closer to that of a new machine.

Overhaul Process:

  1. Initial Assessment:
We begin with a factory visit or online consultation to assess the condition of the machine. Based on this, we identify the parts that need to be replaced during the overhaul and provide an estimate.
  2. Scheduling & Preparation:
After confirming the details with the customer, we schedule the overhaul and prepare the required parts.
  3. Overhaul Execution:
The machine is reactivated to verify its current condition. Any missing or damaged parts are checked before starting the disassembly process. Once the parts are replaced and adjustments are made, we conduct a trial run to ensure everything operates smoothly.
  4. Post-Overhaul:
After the overhaul, we support production and confirm that operators can run the machine smoothly.

Advantages of Overhaul:

  • Restores the machine to a state close to that of a new one by cleaning, replacing parts, and adjusting.
  • Prevents future machine failures by maintaining and adjusting key components.
  • Ensures the machine continues to operate optimally, increasing its uptime and productivity.
  • Extends the machine’s lifespan.

Disadvantages of Not Overhauling:

  • Machines that seem fine may suddenly stop functioning without warning.
  • Parts degradation can lead to poor performance and unexpected breakdowns.
  • Frequent machine failures can reduce production efficiency.
  • Accumulation of tea dust, coffee grounds, dust, and oils can create unsanitary conditions in the machine.
  • Increases the frequency of unnecessary part replacements.

If you notice any signs of deterioration in your machine’s performance, we highly recommend considering an overhaul service.
