Established Nasa in 1980 driven by aspiration and passion to be active on the world stage. Passed away in 2009.

We value the spirit of the traditional Japanese "Totei" system, which emphasizes strong relationships and mutual support, and we aim to embody this in our work with people of all nationalities. (Historically this was similar to the mentor-apprentice relationship and it's about experienced colleagues guiding newer ones in today's workplace. We are committed to fostering internal communications to help our team become expert business professionals quickly.)

Joined the company in 1992, became CEO in 2009. Unusually for NASA back then, overseas experience and English were learned after joining. The thought of getting back on a motorcycle has been on his mind lately.
